Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with the services or the development of projects you may request a full refund within 30 days. Upon approval/completion of a refund, development will be halted and reversed/reverted, and domain(s) will be transferred to the owner within 3 business days (If we purchased the domain on behalf of our customer). For customers utilizing our web hosting and management services, account access will be suspended immediately. Refunds will be issued without exception if requested within the first 30 days of your contract, or upon completion of your project, whichever comes first.

Do you provide a Guaranteed Completion Date?

In most cases, Yes. We understand how important it is to get things going, and fast. We are committed to providing reasonable completion dates, and will guarantee completion by the provided date. In the event additional changes are requested prior to the original completion date, the Guaranteed Completion Date may be adjusted. If we fail to meet our deadline, you may request a full or partial refund in which we will honor without hesitation. In some situations, we may not be able to provide a guaranteed completion date. Your order will indicate either a Guaranteed Completion Date, or an Estimated Date of Completion. 

How long does it typically take to develop a website from scratch?

Completion timeframes vary based on every customers unique needs. We take pride in being extremely transparent with the progress of each project so you are never left guessing when it will be ready. We even provide a live URL for you to be able to check the progress in real time. 

What is your refund policy?

If you have an issue with your project, please contact us so we can make it right. Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date your plan/project begins. Within the first 30 days, we will honor all refund requests. We do not offer refunds outside of this policy, no exceptions.

Do you offer customer rewards?

We do offer customers rewards for referring new customers to us. Depending on your level of membership, you can save significantly on your next project simply by sending us a new customer! We also offer discounts on other services for those that are utilizing more than one of our services. 

Can you set up business email using my domain?

Yes! We do set up self-hosted email for free for all of our customers. We also offer a premium email service through our partner, Zoho. While we do set this up for free, the premium service does cost $1 – $3/user/month, paid directly to Zoho. We can also set up free 30-day trials for this service upon request.

Do you offer Live Chat or Support Ticketing services?

We are a proud partner of Zoho One which provides over 40 different fully integrateable services to help grow your business. Contact us and we can build a package that will meet all of your business needs.

Do you offer an Appointment Booking service?

Do you offer financing or a payment plan?

We do offer financing for customers utilizing our Web Hosting & Management services for projects exceeding $1,200. Our financing is an Interest Free Payment Installment Plan (PIP) which allows customers to break their total balance up into up to 12 equal payments. Terms & Conditions apply.

Do you require a Down Payment for your Payment Installment Plans?

Yes, you will pay for your first installment, as well as your first month of web hosting and management charges on the date of execution.

Are there any long term commitments/contracts?

There are no long term service contracts involved with our web hosting or management services. However, If you choose to utilize our Payment Installment Plan (PIP), you will be obligated to the entirety of the balance for the duration of the PIP. If you choose to cancel your web hosting or management services, you WILL be charged the remaining balance of the PIP upon completion of your cancellation. If we are unable to collect the remaining balance at that time, HamLIT Web Solutions reserves the right to take any and all necessary collection actions to recover the debt, including (but not limited to) a 5% late fee that will be added to the balance for each month that it remains unpaid beginning one (1) business day after the cancellation has been completed.  

Is there a cancellation fee if I choose to back out of the project?

If you choose to back out of your project within the first 30 days of your project start date, you will be issued a full refund and there will be no fee for cancellation. After the first 30 days, we do not honor any refund or cancellation. If you have an active Payment Installment Plan (PIP), the remaining balance of the PIP will still be due in full, and if you choose to cancel your web hosting or management services, the remaining balance will become due immediately. If the remaining balance is not paid in full within one (1) business day of the cancellation, a 5% late fee will be added for each month it remains past due. We also reserve the right to pursue additionl collection efforts.
